If I pay in another currency how will it change the price?

First of all, we would like to point out that we recommend that you always pay in Euro.

Payments in other currencies are converted based on exchange rates and include conversion charges from Shopify which we can not change or remove.


Are all products which you offer in stock?

Yes. All products which you can put in your cart and buy are in stock and will be shipped as soon as possible. If a product is not in stock it will be marked as "Sold Out", "Coming Soon", "Group Buy" or "Preorder".


Can I add something to my order?

Yes. Please write us a message and we will add it to your order and send you an invoice. This is only possible if your order is not shipped. 


Is it possible to pick up my order?

Yes. Please write us a message and we can arrange a timeslot and refund the shipping costs. Pick up is only possible in Aachen, Germany.


When will my order be shipped?

Every order that is placed on a business day before 15:00 pm will be shipped on the same day. On Saturdays this applies to all order which will be placed before 10:00 am.
